During August the ACT Office of Regulatory Services is conducting a survey of consumers to find out what they think of ACT motor vehicle repairers.
This is to establish a benchmark for measuring the success of the new ACT Motor Vehicle Repair Industry Code of Practice introduced late in 2010.
