MTA ACT - Working with Members for Service Excellence

MTA ACT supports its members to deliver a high quality, reliable service to meet the needs of ACT motor vehicle owners.

We do this by:

• Encouraging and supporting MTA ACT members to sign up to the ACT Motor Vehicle Repair and Service Industry Code of Practice

• Providing advice to members to help them meet their industrial relations obligations to ensure staff are well-trained, contented and focused on customer service

• Representing members needs to Government and industry groups to ensure that the Motor vehicle industry remains efficient and effective

• Promoting the good work and achievements of MTA ACT members

• Assisting MTA ACT members to resolve customer dissatisfaction issues to maintain the reputation of the ACT Motor Vehicle Industry
