Relationship Manager - Donna Moran

Donna has worked with MTA ACT as Relationship Manager and administrator extraordinaire since March 2011.

Donna's role at MTA ACT is to get to know our current and prospective members and she endeavours to do what she can to meet their needs. 

Donna is the MTA ACT's first port of call with our members and members of the public who call MTA with inquiries about all mannner of things.

Donna enjoys helping members with their inquiries on pay and conditions - including calculating pay rates and leave payments.

She also provides guidance to members on dealing with customer issues.

Background

Prior to working at MTA ACT Donna was a qualified swim teacher at Kings in MacGregor. 

Donna, like Mick, has a passion for Rally Driving - competing in Rally Des Femme, Safari and other rallies.

She says of her rally career:  "I always made it through the stage and didn't break my car - that's success in my book!"

For creativity, Donna loves landscape painting and cooking Thai food.
