Our MTA ACT Team

The team at the ACT Motor Trades Association is committed to excellent customer service.

On a daily basis the team manages inquiries from a broad range of sources including:

  • Current members - regarding pay and conditions, representation and managing customer disputes
  • Goverment officers - seeking advice on implementation and changes to Government policy, programmes and legislation
  • Consumers - with questions about their rights and dealings with members of MTA ACT.
